The VAT is included in the MRP of products. There are no additional taxes added by Door2Door to your order. The prices you see on our product pages are the prices you pay. There is a delivery charge of Rs.50 on orders below Rs.500.
Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on Door2Door?
Yes it is absolutely safe to use your card on Door2Door. A recent directive from RBI makes it mandatory to have an additional authentication pass code verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (Master Secure Code) which has to be entered by online shoppers while paying online using visa or master credit card. It means extra security for customers, thus making online shopping safer
What is the meaning of cash on delivery?
Cash on delivery means that you can pay for your order at the time of order delivery at your doorstep.
If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?
If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your Door2Door account as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any e-voucher/ coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your total value.
What is Door2Door Wallet?
The Door2Door Wallet is a pre-paid credit account that is associated with your Door2Door account. This prepaid account allows you to pay a lump sum amount once to Door2Door and then shop multiple times without having to pay each time.
When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.
How are the fruits and vegetables packaged?
Fresh fruits and vegetables are handpicked, hand cleaned and hand packed in reusable plastic trays covered with cling. We ensure hygienic and careful handling of all our products.
How are the fruits and vegetables weighed?
Every fruit and vegetable varies a little in size and weight. While you shop we show an estimated weight and price for everything priced by kilogram. At the time of delivery we weigh each item to determine final price. This could vary by 5% at maximum. Therefore if you have shopped for something that costs Rs. 100 per kg, and we delivery 1.5 kg of the product to you (e.g. cabbage, pineapple), you will still be charged a maximum of Rs. 105. In case the weight of the product is lesser than what you ordered, you will pay correspondingly less.
How will the delivery be done?
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
An alternative address is requested after selecting the payment mode and your delivery slot. By the means you can order for your daughter/Mother or even to your friends from anywhere across the country.
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My Account” at the top right hand corner and go to the “Update My Profile” section to change your delivery address.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs.500. For any orders below that we charge Rs.50 as a delivery charge.
Do you deliver in my area?
You will be intimated via SMS and email at every stage of your order processing, right from order confirmation till the dispatch.

What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery fee of Rs.50 for orders below Rs.500 in value.
Do you do same day delivery?
We do same day delivery provided you place your order before 12 noon on the day you want delivery.
What is Same Day Delivery?
All you have to do is order before 12 noon and we will deliver it to you the same day evening. Any order placed after 12 noon will be delivered the next day in the slot chosen by you. For example if you place the order before 12 noon you can choose from either 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm or 7:30 pm to 10 pm slot. But, if order is placed after 12 noon you will receive it the next day in the slot chosen by you.
Is Same Day Delivery applicable to only a few products or all products?
The Same day Delivery is applicable to our entire range of products.
What are delivery slots?
Delivery slots are time slots during which you will receive your order. Door2Door currently offers 4 delivery slots each day. These are:
i. Slot 1 - 07:00 am to 10:00 am
ii. Slot 2 - 10:00 am to 01:00 pm
iii. Slot 3 - 04:00 pm to 07:00 pm
iv. Slot 4 - 07:00 pm to 10:00 pm
